Food shows rock. The way TV food hosts react to the food they are eating on said show – not so much. It’s always the same damn thing when they try the cuisine of some chef:

Bite/Close eyes/Roll head side to side/Smile/With mouth full of food says, “Oh my god.”

Porn stars have better range.

We need something more from these hosts. We need something different.  Below are the ten reactions that we’d like to see from TV food hosts the moment they eat a bite of food on camera. They may be inappropriate, but at least they are truthful.

10) “JESUS  *%$##! That is some good **&^$!”

9) A giant spit take right into camera (whether the food is good or not).

8) The host looks at the chef and punches him right in the face.

7) “If my husband could cook like this then maybe I would stop cheating on him.”

6) The host consumes the whole plate of food then begins to cry and scream, “I’m so fat! I’M SO FAT!”

5) The host looks directly into the camera and says, “No one eat at this jackass’s restaurant!”

4) “You know, I can actually make this way better than you.”

3) After taking a bite the host throws the food on the ground and proceeds to make sweet love to it.

2) “It’s like you shot a load of flavor right in my mouth.”
